R. B. Huffines, 69, prominent farmer of Indian Creek, died at his home July 14th after an illness of several months. Mr. Huffines was a man of many excellent traits and the community has suffered a distinct loss in his death. He was a member of the Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, three sons, Cap, Paul and Silas Huffines, and one daughter, Mrs. Lassie Forkum. One brother, H. L. Huffines and many relatives and friends mourn his death.
Funeral services were conducted by Eld. J. B. Gaither July 15th. Burial in the Richmond Cemetery.
