William Jennings "Bryan" Huffines was born 14 Aug 1896. During WWI, he was in the Navy and served as a second class seamen aboard the USS Kentucky. He enlisted on 10 Jun 1918, and died aboard the USS Mercy hopsital ship on 5 Oct 1918 after contracting influenza. His brothers, Cautice and Vester C. Huffines, listed above, both served in the Army and were stationed in France. They were all sons of Sidney Stanley and Sarah E. (Huffines) Huffines.
